Hi, I'm Emilyn a wife, and a mother. An aspiring virtual assistant with years of experience as a customer and administrative support specialist.

Previously, I worked in a business set up services company  that allow me to gain client loyalty worldwide mostly business owners, through efficient customer service like acknowledging and respect diversity that increase customer satisfaction. I have a range of strength like being passionate that when I committed to do something I make sure it always gets done on time.

I've been managing accounts and part of my task include Data Entry, Internet Research, Email Management and Lead Generation. To widen my range of expertise I recently finish a freelancing course that gives me a hands on experience with Social Media Marketing and Management, SEO Optimization, Website Creation, Transcription, and Appointment and Calendar Management.
